Previous Governments

People come and people go, it's inevitable in any organisation, be it a social group or a workplace; Halesowen and Black Country 18 Plus Groups are not immune to the passage of time. The same goes not just for the average members, but also for those who run the group. There is a new committee elected at a Bi-AGM every six months, so turnover of committee members is pretty high - under normal circumstances anyway; as can be seen, at times, rotation of committee posts becomes unfortunately common.
